Something Different – these steaks come from one of our older ladies ( 13 years) – the beef was dry hung for 45 days – a more intense flavoured marbled meat – 100% grass fed. Smaller steaks from a smaller animal but still with a nice fat cover and very full flavour.

Description
All our beef comes from our own Belted Galloways, matured over three years solely on grass and is certified Pasture for Life and min. 30 day dry hung. As a breed, Belted Galloways have a thicker (double) coat and so are generally not as fatty as many native breeds and this slow maturing produces an extremely tasty, marbled meat.
Please note that our beef is frozen straight after butchery. If you are interested in ordering your beef fresh rather than frozen, then please contact us.
