Beltie Beef – Slow matured, 30 day dry hung, flavoursome marbled meat.
Your box will include (subject to variation according to availability items may be replaced with those of a similar value):
- Pair of Rump or Sirloin Steaks (approx 450g)
- Rolled Joint Topside, Top Rump or Silverside (approx 1kg)
- 4 x Burgers (Subject to availability) or a Steak & Ale Pie
- Mince (500g)
- Diced or shin (500g)
Steaks are packed in pairs and the weight shown is the average weight per pair.
Minimum total box contents 2.8kg
Free weekly Friday delivery to Loddon, Beccles, Bungay, South Lowestoft and surrounding villages subject to a minimum £35 order value.

All our beef comes from our own Belted Galloways, matured over three years solely on grass. The beef is certified Pasture for Life and 30 day dry hung. As a breed, Belted Galloways have a thicker (double) coat and so are generally not as fatty as many native breeds and this slow maturing produces an extremely tasty, marbled meat.
Please note that our beef boxes are frozen straight after butchery. If you are interested in ordering your beef fresh rather than frozen, then please contact us.

Everything in the box was of the highest quality. Delicious meat from happy stock. Delivered personally packed with care. Had the steaks with chips they were succulent definitely one the best steaks I’ve ever had. Made a huge lasagne and a spaghetti bolognese with the mince and did a massive stew with the diced beef all absolutely gorgeous! Eagerly awaiting putting the burgers on the BBQ. Thank you Carr farm you really can taste the love and care in your products will definitely be retuning for more.

Your Beef is delish! We have had the roasting joint and one pack of beef burgers so far, it has so much more flavour than ‘modern’ beef does sometimes. The Belties look so great maybe they are bound to taste good to.

I purchased the Beltie Taster Box this week, and we tried the burgers this evening. They were beautiful. Succulent and with a depth of flavour, that is a testament to the husbandry of Carr Farm. Much of our dinner table conversation this evening was spent deciding which recipes would do the remaining cuts the most justice. I cannot recommend this box enough, you will not regret trying this meat.

Taster box was personally delivered by Nicola. Very friendly service it was! Had cooked Sirloin steak last night and it was full on flavour simply with butter, salt and pepper seasoning. That was all it needed as the steak itself spoke quality. Will continue to try a few more of my favourite recipes with other meat products in the box. And I am sure it won’t disappoint. Highly recommended!
