2015 Goslings first day out in the meadow
Today our 4 week old goslings had their first full day out in the fields – lovely sunny day they enjoyed eating the grass, sunning themselves and playing in the water. Getting them back into the barn at night was tricky, they would happily live out, but it’s a bit cold at night and they would be easy prey for our local fox population.
